What is the Hire Purpose Program?
We developed our Hire Purpose Program as a way to carry out our mission of helping small businesses and non-profits access evidence-based tools that will allow them to improve hiring practices, find great candidates, and build a stronger workforce and community.
How does it work?
Small businesses and non-profit organizations can apply to become a Hire Purpose Partner to access our services at a discounted rate. We will be working with a limited number of partners each year, so apply soon!
As part of this program, we will also host giveaways throughout the year to provide certain services at no cost to small businesses and non-profit groups. You do not need to be a Hire Purpose Partner to apply for a giveaway.
We believe this program to give back to our communities and help build a more diverse, equitable workforce.

Job Analysis Giveaway
Apply for our Job Analysis Giveaway if you are a small business or nonprofit that will be hiring in the next 6 – 12 months and are looking for a better understanding of the role you are hiring for. We will select one (1) business to work with and provide them with a complimentary Job Analysis (approx. value $1200).
